Strong entrepreneurs need strong ecosystems. We connect and strengthen the people and organisations that help locally rooted solutions grow.
Building support systems, not isolated projects
Entrepreneurs in fragile and underserved markets often navigate fragmented services, limited resources and weak connections. We work with incubators, civil society organisations, universities, mentors, community actors and other partners to make entrepreneurial support more coherent, accessible and locally relevant.
How we build ecosystems
- Capacity building: equipping incubators, mentors and local organisations with practical tools and approaches.
- Partnership design: connecting complementary actors around shared challenges and opportunities.
- South–South cooperation: enabling peers across the MENA region and other fragile markets to exchange tested solutions.
- Learning communities: creating spaces where changemakers share experience, resources and support.
- Locally rooted models: strengthening systems that can continue beyond a single project or funding cycle.
Our ambition
We want entrepreneurs to find relevant support closer to home—and ecosystem actors to collaborate more effectively around the people and communities they serve.
